Nestled in a pretty Dordogne village, ideally situated to explore the local area. this charming converted barn offers the ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers and is a 2-minute walk from local shops and bar/restaurant. Accommodation features an open-plan kitchen and sitting room and first-floor bedroom with shower and WC. Air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort. Fibre optic broadband and Smart TV. You'll love staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its southeast-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not enclosed). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

This is a small studio apartment of about thirty square meters on the ground floor of a typical house in the area. Located in the heart of the countryside, you will find calm and greenery. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests can take advantage of the courtyard in front of the studio with the dining area under the shade sails, a barbecue is available for guests. The pool is no longer functional unfortunately

Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Independent studio

Small fully equipped studio on the owners' land in a pretty little medieval village with a beautiful castle. Village and small town shops within walking distance. Parking space to park your vehicle.
