Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

Nelson had us those days as if we were home. I really appreciate how responsive and communicative he was when we were planning this trip, specially because it was my first time visiting Las Vegas. I enjoyed staying at Karen’s. My boyfriend and I went over there for a basketball tournament. It was close to the basketball center. I enjoyed the house it was very clean and fresh. I was able to bring my dog because the yard is separate. I would definitely come back and I would recommend staying here. Karen was kind and replied to my messages quickly.

The unit was modern and comfortably furnished, with spectacular lake views from both balconies. The location is perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and watercraft rentals. We loved our stay and had a fantastic time. We hope to return again soon!

Nice location just off the strip but really short walk to Gold Coast, and Rio. Spacious accommodation, ground floor unit, right by the main pool. Even though it was downstairs and next to a common area, you didn't hear anything going on outside unless you opened the door. Will stay again.

This is a great place to stay. The house is just like the photos. The kids loved the backyard. The location was great for us as we were visiting friends and family between Boulder City and Henderson. Also, only a quick 25 minute drive to the strip to do all the Vegas activities. Luz was amazing and checked in during our stay and very responsive when I did message. We definitely will stay here again for our future visits.

The place was absolutely amazing and very convenient. Very clean and kitchen is exactly what I needed with plenty of accessories to cook a great dinner. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vegas to stay here

What a pleasant surprise the home we stayed in was beyond what we expected. It was absolutely beautifully cleaned such elegant comfortable furnishings, wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, backyard, and swimming pool. There were bunny rabbits and birds and hummingbirds. It was close to Lake Mead and Boulder City. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

I had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and helpful throughout my trip, which made everything even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Super fun place to stay check in got pushed back pretty late for us, but it wasn’t the house fault and they reimbursed us. The only annoyance I had was the alarm on the sliding glass door, but again the house cannot control it. It’s some sort of law in Henderson

I would buy this house in a heart beat, everything about it was absolutely beautiful. The host were super helpful and responsive. A very cute house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the strip. Perfect if you need a break from the city.

Amazing and peaceful stay. I would choose this location over a hotel at the strip any day, the location was away from the traffic and super peaceful at night. The place was very clean and clutter free, I brought my own personal care items but Tony had everything at the air b n b just in case. Tony was very flexible with an extra day I had requested. The covered parking was a plus! Definitely recommend for couples looking for a place to rest their heads without the noise.

Great spot just off the strip. There are nice quiet pools right on site, or you can access the MGM Grand pools as well. Nice to be able to access the monorail, or the strip is about 10 min walk.

Bianca is an amazing host and the location was perfect. We couldn’t believe how fast we got to the heart of the strip by car! Everything was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We felt at home and very comfortable. Thank you Bianca!

This particular unit at Palms Place was the very best I've seen. Its panoramic view of Las Vegas is complimented nicely by the pool views from both balconies. The one bedroom is fashionably furnished identical to the other one bedroom units in the hotel, which I love , along with some upgraded lighting in the kitchen & bathrooms. Unlike other units, this one is well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you'd want for entertaining or for a longer stay. The 3 air conditioning units work perfectly and the one-touch fireplace adds some charm and ambiance you don't often see in Las Vegas. Both the king bed & fold-out sofa are unusually comfortable and with the black-out blinds, I could sleep for days. Check-in was easy, like checking in at any 4.5 star hotel, and communication with the owners was amazing. They care about your stay and are readily available if you need them. If I could chose only one unit to stay in at Palms Place, this is the one.

The view from the place was so gorgeous day and night I was truly amused! The location was good too, it was close to the strip and close to overall a bunch of stores. The Airbnb itself has a lot of appliances for us to be comfy all weekend without having to leave. Our host was great at getting back to us quickly, very responsive at all and anytime we had a question but most importantly to us when we had a quick change of plans and needed to stay a little longer so we asked for a later checkout and she did everything she could to accommodate us it was great! Definitely recommend staying here (:

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

We enjoyed our 4-day weekend, which combined both outdoor activity and time on The Strip. This community is very nice, pretty and quiet. The pool area is lovely. We made day trips to Valley of Fire SP, Red Rock Canyon scenic loop, and Boulder Dam. The condo itself was a good size for two people. We appreciated the underground parking and the key pad entries. It was a very nice stay!
