All commodities within walking distance (< 1,5 km) including the Ravel cycling network. Swimming in the lake in agreement with the owner.

It has 3 bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor, a crib, an equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, toaster, iron and ironing board, 1 living room with sofa, TV, 2 toilets, and 1 bathroom. 1 garage, 1 terrace, 1 yard Fiber optics And the crowing of the rooster ;) A charcuterie board can be booked at an additional cost.

The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the river. We provide you with all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby. The apartment is bright, very cozy and comfortable for a couple as well as for a family or a small group of friends. You will undoubtedly have a wonderful stay!
