We feature 3-bedrooms each with en-suite toilet and baths containing a total of five (5) queen beds and two (2) single bunk beds. Our location offers easy access to the local town and is just a 7-minute walk to the beach - providing both privacy and accessibility!

Situated within Botolan Point Beach, a private development far from crowded public beaches.

Glass House 1 - Beachfront Villa

Relax with the whole family at this glass house by the sea! An open concept home with an unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room and the master’s bedroom! Glass House 1 is one of two villas in the premises. The two villas are across from each other and are separated by the pool in the middle. Each villa has a place of its own to relax and enjoy the view! There is a 1,200 charge for each additional pax in excess of 16 pax. Children 4 yrs old and below are free.

Unwind at our take of the A-frame hut. Casa Liwa Beach Villa was built to be your own private nook at the center of a laid-back surf town in Liwa, Zambales. A 2 storey, loft style wooden house with a 28 square meter private pool and a cottage that can sleep 2 pax privately all within a 560 square meter private property.
