Monthly Rentals in Boston Lot Lake

Keith’s Wilder home was a perfect fit for my husband and I with our German Shepherd. The home has a fun quirky retro vibe to it, the more you look the more character you see. We grew up in the area and my husband and his family lived just down the street. The history in this home feels like it wants to speak out to welcome you in. This is a real home that has had real life lived in it, a calm place to relax and feel at home. Keith and Gabrielle have done a wonderful of updating this gem while leaving the old home imperfections that made us feel the history. We were always warm even when it was -6 outside. It is as bight as it looks in the photos and there are a few more updates that are not in photos when we rented, so it was even better than photo show. Our GSD made many new dog friends when we walked down at the Wilder Dam Picnic area and Kilowatt Park just over a quarter mile from the house . Our grandson was born at Dartmouth Health DHMC while we here. An easy 14min drive. Book it!

All was great. We were in for an event at Dartmouth (graduation!) and this place is very convenient to Hanover. Just a short drive up the road. That was wonderful. It was more spacious than we expected, which was great! Really, it's a full apartment with plenty of room and a great layout. It's well named; it is an old farmhouse, and as a result, squeaky, uneven floors, slanted ceilings, somewhat funky where things like showers were added, but it works great. All was super clean and working, beds were comfortable, noise from street minimal, and just perfect for us. A fantastic deal if you don't need a fancy new place. Thank you David! We will come again if we have the chance, but sadly, post-graduation, we might not! We recommend this place highly.

Stephanie's place was an oasis of peace and calm while assisting my father getting surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock. I actually took the bus to the area and the local free bus is great, with a stop right at the end of the block. really enjoyed sitting in the swing and watching the hens!
