This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The holiday home “Dorfperle” was newly built in 2023 and stylishly furnished especially for you as holiday guests. This great accommodation offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family. There are two separate apartments, each almost 100m². Each apartment has a large bedroom and 2 guest or children's rooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, living room with a large couch and of course a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.
