The place was exactly that was published. Super cozy and well clean. Without doubt we'll we would return.

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

The house is gorgeous!! Beautiful, perfectly located, spacious and just absolutely stunning home! Gabriel was very helpful, always responsive. Eli is a sweetheart, she was also very helpful and such a beautiful human being! Most definitely recommend and will return again.

Francisco’s house is one of the most beautiful house we’ve ever seen. Not only the house itself is beautiful, but the art throughout the house adds such a beautiful touch. The pictures don’t make justice to how beautiful and comfortable the space is. Amazing location, we felt just at home. Francisco was super responsive, helpful and he worked with us to get us early check in when our flight from Puerto Vallarta was moved ahead by 2 hours. We will definitely stay here again. You cannot go wrong with the house or the location!

This is a stunning home in a wonderful part of Coyoacán. I had thought it was a complete house but it's actually within the owners home, but this doesn't detract from the charm and comfort of the apartment and Luz is very helpful and responsive. The apartment is utterly charming and characterful and the garden is a wonderful addition to the experience of staying with Luz. The entrance is full of interesting historical items and the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera display is fascinating. A safe and reassuring place to stay for a solo traveller in Coyoacán with a great, quiet and helpful host.

I felt very comfortable and really enjoyed my stay at Israel's place. And I was very happy to get to know this lovely area of Narvarte a bit. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The metro to other parts of town is easily accessed from here. The place was wonderfully quiet at night - so I slept very well. Israel was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Perfect space for a couple. Room was clean and more importantly, came with air-conditioning! Instructions were clear on how to check-in and checkout. The building itself is new, rooftop space is great and I thought the pool looked larger than photos made it appear. Definitely recommend if staying in the Roma Norte area!

Alfredo's unit is excellent. We were there mainly for medical reasons and it was in a great location with great amenities. It was a great place to call home for a few weeks. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

Gorgeous place to stay in CDMX! We couldn't get over the incredible views of Chapultepec park and the surrounding area that can be enjoyed from the balcony and rooftop. The building itself is very nice, quiet, and felt safe with the security at the entrance. The location is perfect, on a quiet street of Condesa walking distance to the amazing nearby parks, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and provided detailed check-in instructions. Overall, we were so grateful to have a relaxing, nice place (with AC!) to come home to after long days of exploring the city.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

This Airbnb is in a good location, very walkable. Place is perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Only thing I can say is that if you are a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you because it’s on a main road and it is very loud at all hours of the day and night. Other that that I enjoyed my stay! Adrian was very responsive!

Highly recommend this listing! The front desk was very helpful during check in, and the building is very secure if safety is your priority. The room was super spacious, and you get an amazing view of the city from your balcony. Staff comes by to change your towels and make your bed daily which is nice too. The apartment is in a great area in close proximity to all the luxury shopping in Polanco, but if you wanted to walk to condesa/roma it’s also nearby. Thanks again for hosting us!

I stayed 3 weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The location is very good and the appartment has everything you need, incl. a very well equipped kitchen and an amazing roof terrace. I felt very comfortable, and in partiular I would like to thank the two security people who were everytime around, they were so friendly and helpful :) And I loved the coffee place in the same building. The only negative point I would have is that when the window was open, you could hear the noise from the other appartments (when you are unlucky with regardless neighbors in the night...). Generally, the appartment is not really sound-proofed, but which is rather normal in Mexico. However, when the beedroom door is closed you could not hear anymore the noise from outside, which was nice for the night.

Loved Diego’s place! The design, easy check in, clean and well organised, gorgeous little courtyard to wake up to- absolutely will stay again when back in CDMX. Book here!

Beautiful and aesthetic spot, lovely location in a slightly more residential area which we loved, and just a short uber ride away from more touristy areas. Only issue was very minimal home appliances, felt a little more like a hotel than a home (not many cooking utensils/no cooking oil, limited bathroom products etc)

We had a wonderful stay at this property, it was exactly what we were looking for. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. As vegans, we especially appreciated the abundance of plant-based dining options within walking distance. Each morning, we enjoyed running along Avenida Amsterdam, which features a scenic path popular with walkers and joggers. Afterward, we often stopped for coffee and pastries nearby, which made for a perfect start to the day. The neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and active. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we truly appreciated the host’s hospitality. We highly recommend this stay and would gladly return.
