Beachfront vacation rentals in Bosphorus

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Check in war einfach. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man selbst für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Außerdem ist die Lage super, relativ zentral und umgeben von Hotspots. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, genau wie es sich gehört. Im ganzen eine absolute Empfehlung. Mit dem buchen der Wohnung hier, macht man nichts Falsch.

Bahsedildiği gibi merdivenler biraz yorucuydu. Ama çok aşırı fazlaydı da diyemem. Onun dışında konaklama çok iyiydi. Sabah ve akşam iki ayrı harika manzarası var. Akşamları eğlenmek için gidebileceğiniz birçok mekana ve deniz kenarında yürüyüş yapmak için mükemmel bir lokasyona sahip bir evdi. Ev sahibi sorularımızı hızlı yanıtladı ve yardımcı oldu. Bir daha İstanbul’da konaklayacak olsam ilk tercihim olur. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick . Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause . Auch Frau Funda war immer hilfsbereit super freundlich und immer schnell aktiv sobald man sie kontaktiert hat. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Touch . Schön hell sehr sauber . Perfekter Ort wenn man in Istanbul verbleiben möchte.

Barbaros was a superhost in many regards. He met us on our first evening and we had dinner at the restaurant that he owns, just across the street from the apartment. He showed us where to go in Istanbul and called a Hamam for me to get the price. I was even able to visit his wife - a Dentist - the next day to look at a tooth ache I had. Barbaros and his staff were extremely kind and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment is located next to a busy road, so you hear some traffic and honking at times. We got used to it. The internet is fast and we did several video calls for work from the apartment. I recommend staying here so you can experience warm Turkish hospitality.

Appartement impeccable, d’une propreté exceptionnelle (table, vaisselle, draps, douche, sol…). À 5 min de la station T5 Fener, pratique pour rejoindre facilement les transports (métros, tramways) et les lieux touristiques : Taksim, Galata, port et pont d’Istanbul, grandes mosquées, bazars, îles des Princes… Accès facile depuis l’aéroport. Quartiers comme Balat et Eminönü sont à 5 min. Calme absolu, terrasse avec vue sur mer et pêcheurs, parfaite pour le matin ou le soir. Supérette, restaurants, banque à 5 min, BIM à 10 min. Furkan est très arrangeant : il nous a remboursé 50 % d’une nuit suite à une erreur et nous a laissé entrer plus tôt. Serviettes, shampoing, thé, épices à disposition. Un séjour parfait !

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Wir waren echt zufrieden! U-Bahn ist gleich gegenüber und man hat alles in der Nähe. ( Supermarkt, Restaurant, Einkaufszentrum) Alles was wir gebraucht haben, haben wir sofort bekommen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, top ausgestattet und gut gelegen im Stadtteil Üsküdar. Man kommt fussläufig zügig zur Metro- und Busstation sowie zu nahegelegenen Restaurants und Cafés. Das Highlight ist der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den Bosporus sowie die Dachterrasse. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Taners Appartement. Absolut zu empfehlen!
