Detached (industrially furnished) vacation home. Spacious living room with lots of windows and beautiful views. Bathroom with rainshower and separate toilet. Two bedrooms, of which bedroom 1 with double bed and bedroom 2 with two single beds. The beds are made for you at arrival! The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. The vacation home was completed at the end of March 2022 and thus brand new. We do not rent to group of guests under the age of 25 (except families).

A nice and quiet place in the middle of nature.

Enjoy the Drenthe peace and space from our Bakhuis, traditionally the farmhouse. We have transformed our Bakhuis into a wonderful place from where you can walk, cycle or mountain bike endlessly in one of the three beautiful nature reserves around Wapserveen. To then enjoy one of the darkest places in the Netherlands by night. In the backyard is the colony of Benevolence, which became a world heritage site in 2020.

The cottage (full of nice amenities) lent itself perfectly to a weekend getaway with my family. We enjoyed the woods, the fireplace and the garden: recommended! The only tip I can think of: make the lights next to the bed less bright and warmer. ;-)

Ideal accommodation to enjoy the calm of this beautiful region. Gertjan is responsive and considerate. The accommodation is very well equipped and very pretty.
