I lived in the apartment for almost 2 months, I’m happy with everything,, the location, beautiful views from the window, very quiet apartment and neighbors .The people living in this apartment are very friendly, everyone says hello to you .I will definitely come back here next year. First of all, I am grateful for the early check-in and also for the pleasant communication. The apartment itself is really very clean and cozy, has everything you need. I don't have any complaints. Everything was great. By the way - a nice mattress (it was important to me). The location is convenient. Nearby there is everything you can imagine or wish: shops, cafes, coffee shops, as well as a gym, dentistry, cosmetologists, barbershops,....., etc. There is a minibus stop, up to 10 minutes walk takes the way to the Pozniaky metro station, where there are shopping centers, as well as restaurants, cafes and shops. I felt like home for a week. Thank you.

I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights: a very quiet, green area, a neat apartment and the owner Kateryna always communicated with me on time. The property has everything you need for life: a full kitchen, bathtub, laundry, internet. Recommended to book 👏

The apartment is nice, we liked the stay. There is free parking inside the yard, we always found a place for the car, the only inconvenience is opening the gate by calling the host, but it is still better than circling around in search of a place or a very tight entrance. The apartment was provided with a hairdryer, iron, enough towels and linen. Camila, with whom we were in contact, is very friendly and ready to help if necessary. I recommend this apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at Marina's place! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. The apartment was super clean and cozy, had everything I needed, The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend Marina's place to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful apartment in a decent neighborhood. Very convenient minimart for small needs, grocery and markets a block away, and convenient transit routes if you're familiar with local public transit systems. More spacious and nicer than expected. Very pleasant host and apartment

The apartment is located in a central location, but in a quiet street. Everything is within reach. The apartment is well maintained and well cared for, towels and linens smell good. The apartment feels spacious, each room is large, the balcony too. It overlooks the roofs of the restaurants located by the green square just around the corner - we ate there - we recommend it. Oleksii is a nice and kind person, contact with him is very good. We will definitely visit again!

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was perfect size for 3 people. The hosts were very polite and responsive. They accommodated our stay and allowed to keep suitcases till 1pm on check out day. Only one unpleasant thing is the sofa needs an update.

Olga's place is so amazing, I don't want to tell anybody about it so I can have it all to myself. It's a great location...easy walking to restaurants, malls, cafes, viewpoints. Centrally located so you can easily get anywhere. The place is huge, warm, comfortable, tastefully decorated like a lived-in home and not like a sterile hotel. Balcony, laundry machine, dishwasher, super fast internet. Huge bathroom. And then the host is amazing, Olga & her son (Alex) were so helpful and completely communicative every day of my stay (I stayed almost 2 weeks). I want to give this place a horrible review so nobody will stay at my Kiev house forever. :)

This apartment is very smart and it has three large bedrooms with plenty of storage, the kitchen has everything needed to cook your own dinners with a huge fridge,the whole apartment is very spacious and has some beautiful decor, everything you need is there, the living room looks fab with the mural above the great looking fireplace. It also comes with a large TV with all channels, mainly in Ukranian. The area is a lovely part of Kyiv and is central to everything you will want to see.

Super convenient location, everything is clean, very pleasant to be, now I know exactly where I will stay in Kiev 💖
