This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 meters from the cabin and carried into the cabin. It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

The cabin contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a lean-to you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way up to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Cozy cabin at Bortelid. Here you can relax and enjoy the nice view, or take long trips on skis or on foot. We use the cabin ourselves when it suits us. We have locked off a bedroom on the first floor for private belongings, otherwise you can use the entire cabin. The cabin consists of a bathroom, 1 bedroom and a living room/kitchen on the 1st floor. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, a small attic room and a small toilet. There is also a bed-brisque with the possibility to sleep on. You have to clean the cabin yourself. The micro house is located in our garden overlooking the mountains. Enjoy the tranquility and the sunset. The city center is not far away, 2 min by car or 15 min on foot. Here there are shops and a café. In summer it is possible to climb Via Feratta! The micro house is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. Free parking by the barn. Here you can enjoy life or explore the surrounding area. We are happy to give recommendations for trips. The house has a double bed and a sofa bed. Best for 2, but it is possible to be up to 4.

The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden on Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is room on the loft for two/three on a flat bed. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. It is possible to charge an electric car on the property.

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Plassen passer fint til dem som liker seg I naturen med enkel standard overnatting. I høst/ vintertid fra ca 15.9 - 1.5 er vogna sammen med eget privat ute-kjøkken. Hund tillatt. Flott, nyere hytte sentralt på Brokke til leie. Ikke så stor, men godt utnyttet. Takhøyden i stua gjør at hytta føles romslig. Tur stier og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Ski-in til alpin bakken(man renner ned til alpin senteret via skiløypa over elva) . Hytta ligger nær lysløype, rulleskiløype og nær Brokkestøylen. Plass til 8-9 personer. Fint for en- to familier. To soverom med familiekøye i hvert rom. En hems med 3 madrasser. Hund tillat etter avtale.
