Internet and electricity included. Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioneer maxi 13 ft with 9.9 hp) is available during summer season. During the school holidays, the house is rented out on a weekly basis (Sunday-Sunday)

Regular taxi boats go to the islands of Lyngør and Sandøya, which offer a rich selection of cozy niche shops and restaurants. Boat can be rented to explore the archipelago.

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse is located right on the waterfront, with access to a private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Real Sørland idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The cabin is best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. However, a dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed can be arranged for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!

In addition, two sleeping berths. Pitch with barbecue and large outdoor area. Basically accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.
