Basement apartment of about 110 m2 with nice views. 5 minutes from the beach with good swimming and hiking opportunities. 1 bedroom with 180cm double bed. The size of the annex is 22 m2 and it is sheltered from the view which then also means that there is no view :) Own porch, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, shower niche is not the biggest... Sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2 persons. This is done with bed linen upon arrival. Private parking at the end of the main residence. NOTE: Electricity incl. 30 kw per day. Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm.
