Lovely T2 with a sunny terrace !

The flat is very nice for two ! It is in periphery of Bordeaux but not far and you'll find yourself in the city center in ten minutes .. The tram's platform is next to the place, very usefull ! You'll can get bicycles there too... The flat is small( ('54m2) ,but bright and "warm" and confortable ... I think you'll enjoy the big sunny terrace on the roof!
