The house is built in 2019 with decent size 4 bedrooms. Good price for small to big family stay. The house and Bedrooms are fully funished with ceiling fans and ducted A/C. Long term stay is available. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. Airbnb strictly bans all parties and I don't accept any kind of parties. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

This was a great place to stay. We had a car and Morven’s place is a great place to easily access The Brisbane Entertainment Centre and also easy to get to a number of clubs for dinner. The locked front gate and the entry system made one feel very secure. The unit was exactly as described on the site which is always very pleasing. The unit was spotlessly clean and maintained. It is very spacious. There is an extremely comfortable king size bed. All in all, a perfect place for a couple for a short stay. Topped off by a very well behaved dog who visited us a couple of times. We would certainly stay here again. The communication with Moven was excellent and very timely.

This was a very clean and exceptionally well equipped unit. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and a big oven. Bathroom had shower gel and shampoo supplied and there is a washing machine and dryer too. The local area is nice, quiet and feels safe. Local shops and some lovely restaurants are only a ten minute walk away. All communication with Jackie was timely and helpful. We stayed here as we attended an event at the Brisbane Entertainment centre, it’s a great location to access this.

This place is fabulous. If you are considering staying here- just book it, you will not be disappointed. Newly renovated, spacious, homely and very clean. The owners live upstairs and are lovely, they are very considerate of ensuring your privacy. Provided helpful suggestions of places to visit in the area. Great value for money. It was a great location to access the Brisbane Emtertainment Centre for my daughter’s basketball tournament. We would love to be back!
