*Owners live on site, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, but give guests their privacy. *The sleeping porch is not heated. *Cooking is limited. *There are 3 rentals on the property. All have access to the pool/jacuzzi. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment is above our detached garage with a private balcony. Stunning views of city lights and rolling hills. If you have little ones we have a fire pit for smores. Our full size kitchen and laundry facilities within the apartment. The property is located in North San Diego County in the Golf Club of California community near Temecula. You will be in a spacious 2 bedroom private guesthouse situated on a 1.5 acre lot, right in front of the pool and spa. You will love the guesthouse for the privacy and tranquility with the ambiance of a private resort. You will be surrounded with beautiful 100 year old olive trees and beautiful mountain views. There is usually a lovely ocean breeze that comes in shortly in the afternoon.
