This is a beautifully renovated studio on the first floor. The space is nicely decorated. The studio consists of an open kitchen, double bunk bed, salon, terrace and separate bathroom with rain shower. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. The seat can be converted into a sofa bed. Separate entrance with numeric code. The terrace offers a nice view of the garden of the owners who live the house next door. The downstairs is occupied.

The location close to Mechelen (1 of the 6 Flemish art cities) and very central in Belgium (25 km from Antwerp, 25 km from Brussels, 23 km from Leuven and 56 km from Ghent) is certainly an asset.
