Comfortable and safe the beach house gets plenty of natural light, it is airy with constant air renovation by all environments. With an incredible view of the sea and located on the same avenue as the beaches of the south of the island, surrounded by a lot of nature, our house has beach decor, new furniture and utensils. Close to the beaches: Praia das Conchas 300 meters - Praia do Veloso 1,300 meters - Praia do Curral 1,500 meters. Access to the beaches, car recommended for the elderly and children.

Private and cozy house! 650m from the ferry!

The house is comfortable, pleasant and cozy! House in excellent location! (3 blocks from Main Avenue). It's 400 yards from the ferry. You will have quick access to the southern beaches as well as the northern beaches. We are close to the gas station, supermarket, shops and restaurants. We live in the main house, we have + a lodging in this private place (only the garage and the flights of stairs are shared) . The space has access on the side of the house, a gate and a parking space!
