From your studio, you look onto the courtyard, enclosed in greenery and plants, and from there, you see just one, exquisite adjoining property. The breathtaking views come into view as you walk to and from your home in utmost serenity and privacy, with 270 degree views all the way until the courtyard corridor. Our haven of tranquility and beauty, birds and nature has been booked solid since we began listing nearly 2 years ago and we warmly invite you to enjoy a relaxed, easy-going, soft and welcoming nest which can be your home here in Sydney. Why would you choose another place? We love what we do and we enjoy meeting the amazing people we meet. Best of all, read the reviews left by guests. And we have many repeat guests who seem magically attracted to our little haven. * Studio has a large private courtyard sometimes shared with guests from our other Airbnb guest suite. I'm known as a friendly and easy going person (I hope I am – I work as a psychotherapist), and I’m usually easily available for assistance or advice if needed. I speak English and Hebrew fluently and German and Dutch moderately and my wife speaks French as well. I can get by in Russian but you will have to speak very slowly! When guests ask for something, I generally go out of my way to accommodate them. I’m sometimes available for a coffee and a chat - with suggestions on where to go and what to do, but if guests want privacy, I totally stay away from any interaction. I may also be available for an airport pickup but that has to be pre-arranged. North Bondi is very trendy, about three minutes away from one of the trendiest coffee shops and eateries around: Shuk. For the excitement of Bondi Beach, walk around 15 minutes to the beach strip, with restaurants, bars, and entertainment galore. Bus 379 which runs every 10 minutes, is just 90 seconds away from your Studio. It routes to the city via Bondi Junction Train Station. From Bondi Junction Train Station, you can get to almost anywhere in the greater Sydney area via the Underground/Train service. NEW NEW. Thanks to the adventurousness of one of our guests, there is a gorgeous and easy and picturesque way to get to the city. Take bus 380 (4 minutes away) to Watsons Bay and then take the FERRY to Circular Quay in the city, taking in the sights of Sydney's east and the Harbour and the Bridge, and the Opera House, all from the sea! And if you are coming by car, of course, there is ample parking right outside the Studio at all times of the day or night. We emphasise that we offer guaranteed free unlimited street parking, one of our biggest attractions, since parking in the Bondi Beach area is very very difficult and very very expensive. Please bear that in mind when you make your booking decision. Your Studio looks out onto your courtyard. You do not have sea views from the Studio but you do have full panoramic views coming up to the house and accessing the walkway to the back where the Studio is situated and it is this view that is commented on by nearly all guests. Your booking costs include a cleaning of charge of $105 of which $75 is for floor-washing, vacuuming, and full cleaning of the unit, kitchen area and bathroom, and a laundry fee of $25 for the cleaning and pressing of towels, bath-mat, sheets and pillow-cases. $5 goes towards replacing, every 4 months, the white rug in front of your bed! Your bed will feel crisp and new when you arrive! 1. Bus 379, is just 90 seconds away, & other bus-lines are 4 minutes away. 2. Popular cafe/eatery, laundry service, pharmacy, medical facility, bottle store, convenience store are all between 3 and 5 minutes away by foot. 3. Bondi Beach with a wide range of restaurants and facilities is just a 10 minute stroll, as is the famous Bondi-Bronte walk. We offer you an arrival in Sydney with a prepaid bus/train pass in your pocket even before you exit passport control ! Ask us how. Electric bicycles for hire on your doorstep. A cellphone that works here? Either purchase your own SIMcard at the airport (around $20 with airtime and 1GB of data) or use ours for your entire stay, for $10. If you come from a country with a different system to ours, we can offer you a phone on arrival at Bondi Views Studio. Oh, and we even have 2 umbrellas for you in case of rain! Bright Urban Studio with Private Courtyard

This is a self contained private room, with your own kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard, in a very handy location, minutes walk to the city, shops, restaurants and transport. You will be in Chippendale, there is plenty of good cafes, funky restaurants, bars and art galleries around, including the world famous White Rabbit Gallery. The house is a 7 minute walk to Redfern Station or 10 minutes to Central train Station, 20-50 min walk to the city, and is very close to Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park where you can do your shopping. It is only a 20 minute walk to the buzzing Newtown, Surry Hills and Darling Harbour with all of their restaurants and pubs . Also at walking distance is Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), Sydney University (USYD), University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Carriageworks. It is very easy to get to all Sydney's major attractions from here - you are one easy 15 min bus ride or train ride away from the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It takes minutes to drive to Bondi and many other beaches as well as National Parks. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive, or a short train ride. This place has everything you need to have a lovely and comfortable stay: - wi-fi Internet; - 39-inch Smart TV, so that you can log into your Netflix, Stan and others apps to watch your favourite movies and videos; - kitchen with all appliances, including fridge, 2 burner cooktop, and a oven/microwave; - a washer/dryer and iron; - queen size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress; - if you would like to sleep separately to your travel partner the sofa bed can be made for a small fee of $25 on request; - portacot, high chair and baby bath are available on request if you are travelling with a little one; - all bed linen and towels are provided. We are looking for someone who will appreciate this place and and take good care of it. Please note: -This studio is a few steps below street level, so you will need to go down a few steps. If you wish to stay for a shorter or longer period of time send me a message and we can work something out. Entire room, with a kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard all for yourself. I give my guests space, but I am always available for questions and can run over should they need anything. Chippendale is a small underground, creative, and funky suburb. It is home to cafes, art galleries, restaurants, bars, parks, and a big sustainable community that keeps verge gardens full of fruit, vegetables, and herbs for all to share. It is super easy to get around by bike, or simply by foot (note it is a 20-50 minute walk into the city depending on where you are going). There are 2 train stations walking distance from the house, Central Station (+or- 11 min walk) or Redfern Station (+or- 7 min walk), There are also buses all around. Street Parking is available, it is paid and time restricted to 1-2 hours during the day. At night it is free and unlimited. There are some free all day parking a short walk away. To get to the house from the Airport the 2 easiest options are: Train - AU$17 per person. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes and it takes about 10-15 minutes into Redfern or Central, then you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment. Taxi - the easiest option and most cost effective if there is more than 1 of you. It costs between $25-$40 and it takes about 20 minutes (allow a little more time to get into and from the International Airport).

Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

We are normally in the area so we are available for any emergencies should they arise This apartment is 300 metres from Bondi Beach. Nothing is too far to reach on foot. There are fantastic coffee shops and bars, modern restaurants, and trendy shops. There are a variety of bus routes that are within 300 metres Street parking is available but rather expensive. Beach parking can be arranged for longer stays.

The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself).
