Vacation rentals with beach access in Bondi Beach

Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location in Bondi Beach couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand, cafes, and the coastal walk. The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt like a home away from home. Hosts were responsive and thoughtful. Already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend!

This was BY FAR the best airbnb experience Ive had. In the pictures, the apartment looks very big and Im used to it being smaller than you think but the apartment was big, the rooms were cosy, we had amazing view from all the windows and we had everything we needed (toilet paper, kitchenware, spices ext). It was a great stay, we didnt want to leave Thank you very much!!

We had a comfortable stay at this one-bedroom Bondi apartment with our dog. The hosts were amazing—true Superhosts—super responsive with clear, helpful thoughtful messages. The apartment was clean, modern, and very well-stocked with high-end appliances (Electrolux, possibly Miele/Bosch), Morgan & Finch sheets, quality kitchenware, and lux touches like indoor plants. The location is just a minute to the beach and surrounded by great cafes, shops, and restaurants. Perfect if you want to be in the heart of Bondi. The only downside is the bar next door (Ravesis), which has a DJ on weekends until about 1 a.m. The double-glazed windows help, but you can still hear some bass on the weekends. Weeknights were very quiet. Overall, a very convenient and extremely well-hosted stay—we’d recommend it if you want to enjoy Bondi’s beach lifestyle and be right near the water! The hosts were also truly super hosts and clearly put a lot of thought into their instructions and their lovely apartment.

Thiago's apartment was perfect in every way; bright, open and clean space with all the amenities, as well as, a fantastic location close to Bondi Beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Thiago is a terrific host! He ensured that we had everything we needed upon arrival and checked in throughout our stay. Honestly, one of our best hosts to date! Better than 5 star!!

We had a fabulous extended stay at Sharlene’s apartment. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and looks exactly like the photos. Linen and abundant towels were provided. It is near public transport to the city and other nearby beaches. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was perfect! Great location and good value for money! You can walk to Bondi beach in under 2 minutes and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Property was a good size for 1-2 people.

A wonderful bright flat with balcony and everything you need. Easy self check in, walk to Bondi Beach, restaurants, Bondi junction for Westfield and bus stops. Hiram great, informative host, would definitely stay again.

Lovely home close to Bondi Junction, perfect location for shopping and lots of eating out options nearby. Nice and clean with all of the amenities, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our daughter loved the bedroom in the loft too. Amelia was a great host, and provided us with plenty of local information.

Really enjoyed my stay. Visited during a really rainy week at Bondi and was comfortable to hang at the place when it was too rainy to go out. Close to local eats and coffee and lots of shopping. Lorena was quick to respond and helpful with any questions or concerns.

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

This was our second stay at Alison’s place and it remains a beautiful spot in Bundeena! Definitely worth it for the back deck alone. We’ll hopefully be back again.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Perfect vacation home: We stayed at Josephine's house for 4 weeks and loved every single day of it. The location of the house in Bronte at the coastal walk is perfect. It's a 2 minutes walk to Bronte beach and a 20 minutes walk to Bondi and Coogee beach. The bus stop to downtown via Bondi junction is 1 minute in front of the house, restaurants and grocery shopping are close by. Didn't miss our car at all, we loved using public transport. The house itself is amazing. We saw the sunrise from our bedroom over the ocean, the view is spectular. We loved the birds in the backyard and the botanical garden in front of the house on the way to the street. Josephine is such a loving and caring host. We loved her warm welcoming us after our long trip from Europe with fresh bread, apples, fruit jam, delicious coffee and rose wine. She really cared and attendend to our needs. We very much wish to return. Dear Josephine, thank you so much for making our stay in Sydney unforgettable.

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

The unit was neat and clean. Penny generously provided a baby bath and high chair and set up the portacot for us. We had two small children so it was a bit small for us but would suit kids that would enjoy the bunk beds. It’s good for people who could walk the hill to the beach. The park across the road was helpful

Andy’s place is perfect. Located in a quiet location 10 mins walk from all that Bondi has to offer. Surrounded by trees it feels very secluded and peaceful. The views are great from the main bedroom and living area and we could hear the roar of the sea (we had had a storm!). Lovely apartment and well equipped with everything you need.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.

Lauren’s cosy apartment was super awesome. We had a fab stay. The apartment was well appointed ; all the essentials from dishwashing liquid, washing powder to up market toiletries were plentiful; quiet; very clean; warm; parking was hassle free; eating places were dime a dozen; and public transport was easily accessible.
