De villa heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers , 2 grote badkamers, 2 toilletten en een ruime woonkamer. Er zijn drie airco's en een heel grote "porche" (goed op de wind, erg belangrijk !!) aan de mooiste tuin van Bonaire. Het zwembad met waterval , ligt op 30 meter en wordt amper gebruikt.
