Very good location in relation to the sea, shops, bus, pubs, restaurant, hairdresser, massage, nail salon, pharmacy and more. The place is perfect for working people who will work at Aker Solutions, for example. Two double beds. TV in the living room and in the loft with TV package, apple TV and chromecast. Balcony with pleasant view. Short distance to great hiking trails, mountains and beaches. Sagvåg is a nice place with many activities.

There is a private jetty and boat that can be disposed of (25hp). The boat does not require the boat driver test, but we will require users to have experience with boat. From Mølstrevåg (2,5 km) the hiking trail starts to Ryvarden Kulturfyr. If you bike Nordsjøvegen between Stavanger and Bergen you pass our house. Possibility to rent a boat for fishing in the sea.
