Located close to the port, 5 minutes walk to the medical center, plaza de abastos, bus stop and taxi stop and close to the weekly flea market. Cosy countryside casita for two in Andalucia.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Mountain House

House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

In front of the Bolnuevo Sea, this home belongs to our family for more than a century. In it we have had the best summers of our life. Although it retains the structure and distribution of the original home, we have renovated it and equipped it with all the comforts possible, to make it a spacious, peaceful and unbeatable place to rest or work, enjoy the beach and the attractions of the area at any time of the year. It's not a flat, not an apartment, it's a house.

The best thing about this apartment is the 180 degree sea view from the apartment. You can have breakfast looking at the sea and you can hear the waves while you sleep. Cozy and comfortable with everything you may need to have a luxury holiday. Thanks to our Wifi, you can telework looking at the sea. We have recently installed electric awnings, if you leave home and wind rises, it will be collected automatically.

Possibility of free parking in the courtyard and on the street. The house has been recently renovated and furnished, so the mattresses, linens, towels and other furnishings are completely new.
