In the area you can feel free to go hiking or cycling. Directly at a junction route. Public transport and a supermarket are within cycling/walking distance. Drachten and Groningen are 15-25 minutes away by car. Leeuwarden is about 45 minutes drive. Breakfast package possible, preferably passed on before arrival.

We've not seen such a great naturehouse before! In the beautiful green and quiet surroundings of Eén (Drenthe) next to Roden and Norg you'll find Buitenhuis Duurentijdt. This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

The wood stove is very comfortable on cold days, you must be able to burn! The caravan is 70 years old, still has many authentic elements. Please know that the caravan is not insulated, very warm in hot days, but then you are outside, with a lot of shade. It also cools down quickly. In bedroom there are screens and mosquito nets.

We have really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. The area is wonderfully quiet but everything you could need is also nearby (supermarket/restaurants). The cottage has more than enough amenities. The dog also enjoyed the large enclosed garden and the surrounding greenery. Sidenote for the tall people among us... the bath is fantastic! With my 1.85 m I even had space left! We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful and fully furnished house equipped with all necessary items such as towels, but also the little things such as salt pepper, coffee tea and so on. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Hosts very friendly and spontaneous and very eager to make you feel comfortable. Surroundings are really great for biking and so on. Bakkeveen has plenty of great opportunities to eat out. We enjoyed Kirsten's cottage. We had booked the cottage for our Honeymoon, and it is really a romantic place. It is wonderfully quiet, you can enjoy the birds and sounds of the forest. The house is full of comforts and nicely decorated. The conservatory was very cozy, with the fireplace, really a nice place. We made good use of the spa: sauna, outdoor shower and hot tub. Floating and drinking in the hot tub was a favorite. And the bed slept really wonderfully, which is nice! Norg is in a beautiful area. Easily accessible with the bicycles that you can use at the cottage. The contact with Kirsten went very well, she responds immediately when you have a question. She had arranged a sweet welcome package for us. We enjoyed it and would love to come back.
