Vacation rentals with beach access in Boljoon

John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

We had a great stay at Lita’s place in Bohol! She was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. The unit was clean, new, and spacious—perfect for our group of three (and could’ve comfortably fit four if our other friend hadn’t cancelled). We loved that there was a smart TV, a kitchen where we could cook, and free drinking water provided. After swimming, we were also able to hang our clothes to dry easily, which was super convenient. Plus, free parking was a big bonus. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dauis, Bohol!

Very good location, pharmacy, shops, Atm (not accepting monzo but normal cards working fine), bus stop downstairs so you can get to Ceres Bus Terminal, 4 minute walk to Sibulan Seaport so you can get to Cebu (ferry leaving every hour). Good WiFi. Working AC - not too loud. Nice and helpful staff. Minor issue - tiles on the florr bit wobbly.

Lady's home was cozy and beautiful. There is "Lovers Nest" and "Apartment" on the second floor and Lady's home on the first floor. The gardens are very well designed and maintained. The pool in the yard was small but nice. It was a bit of a walk to Panaksama Beach. This makes for a quiet and relaxing stay at the property. There is a small shop right next to the entrance where you can buy drinks and other things. They take a deposit on bottled drinks, which the owner says is for recycling the bottles.

we had a lovely stay with my family. the location was perfect, 5 minutes walk from Alona. The house was clean and comfortable. They really welcomed us well and were there to help at anytime. 100% recommend it!

Staying at Wander Nest was amazing! My whole family and I loved it! The place was beautiful, they had a good number of options for the included breakfast - which tasted so good, they had a van and a tuktuk that helped us get around to the closer areas, and most importantly the people that worked there were very genuine at helping us and making our stay wonderful and worthwhile! If you needed things or areas to be cleaned up, they will gladly do so! They also gave amazing reccomendations and offered numerous help. Our stay was as delightful as we hoped! The place itself was neat and comfortable for all of us. If you’re in Bohol, it will definitely be a great option to stay here, especially for bigger groups! Looking forward to when we get a chance to visit Bohol again!

The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. A fantastic stay for my family (3 adolescents and their parents). Caretaker Gavino is really super (friendly, attentive, proactive, excellent communicator, and a great local resource). Beautiful house with its own private ocean access (Cebu Straight). Very clean, very inviting, very comfortable. We swam off from the stairs and saw blue starfish, huge black sea urchins, sea turtles, fish, coral, etc! The whale sharks are literally right next door and Gavino comfortably assists with and guides the whole process as there are several steps (4am tickets, paying cashier, awaiting boat, etc) and many tourists. Tumalog Falls and the Macaque monkeys are both very close by and totally great visits that we enjoyed immensely (swimming in the cool pool at the waterfall and buying banana to feed the loose monkeys). Food/ATM/restaurants are all walkable (<10 min). A very big thank you for Gavino's attention and Jeff's amazing location!

Grace’s native house is really beautiful, with a wonderful privat garden, where you can retrieve and winde down after a day of explorations! I recommend to get a scooter to get around to the nearest beaches and to explore the town and surroundings. Grace was very polite, friendly and helpful. She checked in everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine was perfect for us! We stayed in the house with 7 people and had more than enough space for all of us. We had a wonderful time and miss this beautiful house already! Thank you, Grace for making us feel at home🙏

I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
