Vanuit de studio/ slaapkamer stapt u via de schuifdeur direct naar uw eigen terras met privézwembad (8x4m), mediterrane buitenkeuken, bar en pergola exclusief voor u als gast.

The Guest House, Elegance in Javea Old Town.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Relax in this beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location overlooking the bay of Denia and Montgó. Only 15 minutes from the sandy beaches and 7 minutes from the shopping center. Completely new and modernly furnished, this small but fine holiday home on MONTE SOLANA offers the ideal prerequisite for a relaxing holiday. Dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, streaming TV and high-speed Internet complete the picture. The 2 pools are shared but very little visited.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Monte Pedreguer urbanization about 2 km from Pedreguer. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, an open plan kitchen, a sitting room, and a nice terrace with a dining table and sofa. This wonderfully tranquil apartment sleeps 4. This property is our home - we live here (in apartments on the next floor) all the time. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with respect. There's also a private parking space.

Rural farmhouse in Xàbia Riurau de la Seniola

The accommodation is in a typical building of the area called Riurau, where the grapes were dried to produce raisins. A bright studio with all the amenities and a large garden. Get to know traditional Xàbia! You can also taste our home-grown raisins, oil, fruits, and vegetables. You will live an agritourism experience and learn about the area's agricultural past. The house has private parking, a large garden, and a growing area. Experience Ecotourism in Xàbia!

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
