Very secured 2Bed room apartment at bole olompya

These two bed room appartment are very stylish and fully furnished appartment with working area ,wifi ,washing machine ,smart tv and iron with full of kichen equipment. Each bed room have its own bath room with hot water.We have free parking. As It is located at bole olompya. It is very secured with our security guard and security camera. As it is at center there is restaurant, cafe,pharmacy, hospitals, malls,shoping place, buchery, fruit houses and so many other things are at walking distance.

This apartment is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Meskel Flower (part of Bole proper) area of Addis Ababa - a highly sought-after residential area because it is quiet and provides a great environment for one’s work and for relaxation. You will have all the amenities you need for comfortable living – including a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a TV, WIFI, complete kitchen accessories, two comfortable queen beds with linen and fresh towels as well as a washing machine.

A long corridor is lined with several doors leading into private spaces. A metal drying rack and cleaning supplies are positioned along one side. Colorful walls of adjacent buildings can be seen at each end of the corridor, providing a glimpse into the lively surroundings.

The neighborhood is quite and safe to walk.I would like to assist you with anything you want when the need arises. I raised in Addis and have a lot of travel experiences...France, Germany,India,Bangkok,Mexico,Spain,Seychelle, Belgium, etc . I am glad to communicate with you in English or French.

Our building is 5 stories, in Gulele sub city, near to down town and periphery to Addis Ababa. Meles botanical foundation is nearby and one of the head quarters of city bus station is situated in. This is our second time staying in this apartment. You can read our original review from February of this year for more details, but to reiterate, the location is great, both in terms of the nearby neighbourhoods and the pleasant walking along this stretch of Gabon Street. The apartment is very comfortable, but the real reason we came back is because of our host, Hiwot. She may very well be the kindest and most responsive host on Airbnb. Thank you again, Hiwot.

"This was my first time staying in an Airbnb in Addis Ababa, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience! Hiwot was an incredibly welcoming host, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Her hospitality was outstanding, and I really appreciated. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, well-located and it perfectly suited my needs. I will absolutely look to stay here again if I have the pleasure of returning to Addis Ababa. Highly recommended!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The place was spotless, beautifully, had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect close to everything still quiet and peaceful. The host Hiwot was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in easy and the whole stay smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top notch stay. I would definitely come back again!

We were the first guests, and the house was literally new. The Selamsew and Sisay welcomed us in person, checked up on is during our entire stay and were very responsive. The house was a 11/10, and had extra amenities like monitors which we used for work, and very fast internet I will definately come back to Addis and I hope to stay here again ❤️

This was our second stay at Happy's and Emy's apartment. Very central location, close to Meskal square and not too far from the airport with many little supermarkets nearby. The flat is beautifully designed and decorated. It is well equipped of all utensils you may need to cook and the host Merry is responsive and serviceable. The flat has a good view of Addis and close to the prestigious British school. The neighborhood is safe and clean. At night there are lights everywhere. The place is worth the price.

If you have lived in Ethiopia previously this place is great and have all the basic needs. Great location in the center of the city. Kitchen needs larger cook area.. maybe an L shape counter would have given more space.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable! The location is very convenient, near shops and supermarkets. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities. Yeshewaget was very helpful and friendly, she's a super host. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Our week in Addis Abeba was made unforgettable thanks to this perfect apartment. Situated on the 6th floor, the apartment offered a breathtaking view that amazed us anew each morning. The bright, spacious ambiance made it the perfect retreat for the two of us, with the large living room and the comfy sofa. The kitchen was not just large, but also equipped with everything needed for daily life - a dream for anyone who loves to cook, like us. The bedroom was a quiet oasis for relaxation, complemented by an en suite bathroom that added to our comfort. Furthermore the communication with Ahlam was seamless, and she proved to be a wonderfully attentive host. This apartment was the perfect base for exploring Addis Abeba, while also providing a cozy place to which we loved returning. We highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again on our next visit.
