We offer this nice 2-room apartment in a very good location with a garden and a secure parking space. Access is via a motorized gate. Ideally located, you are 3 minutes by car from the city center and its amenities (post office, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Conveniently, you are 15 minutes from the sea and about 1 hour from the most beautiful sites of the island.
