Notre bungalow de charme, vue mer, surplombant Saint-Leu (à moins de 10 minutes du centre et 250m d'altitude), est situé dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Idéal pour un couple, il se trouve en contrebas de notre maison. Nous n’acceptons pas les enfants pour des raisons de sécurité. The Sapotes Bungalow

In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and pool. We have two lovely dogs in the garden. There is an extra €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!

Studio of about 21 m² on the 12th step, in the owner's house, a veranda awaits you with a barbecue for grilling, table and 2 chairs, if you smoke, an ashtray is provided only in this place. Depending on the season, banana, mango, cotton, papaya and of course the pool all year round, minimum temperature 23°C in winter and 32°C in summer. We give you priority at the pool
