The swimming pool is heated during the season (depending on weather conditions from May/June to September). Out of season, the swimming pool is accessible to the polar bears!

Leuze is located between Mons and Tournai and the "Pari Daiza" park is 15 km away. Brussels and Lille are an hour's drive away via the highway.

The floor is also a large room with bathroom area, dressing room and bed for 2 people (180 x 200) and a toilet with hinged door. The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden at the front of the house. The village is quiet near Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

On the ground floor: a 16m² bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Upstairs: 35 m² with a bedroom area, a lounge area, (fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, dishes.) TV and internet. Bed linen and towels available. Eco-friendly air conditioning is powered by a heat pump.

The studio is specifically designed with cyclists in mind, although other guests who share a passion for cycling are just as welcome. The interior is simple yet well maintained. In consultation with the owners, guests can use the backyard to unwind after a demanding (cycling) effort.
