Restaurant, open-air café and beach are a 10-minute walk away. A peaceful house with a large living room, open kitchen of about 40 m², two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, and a bathroom. A toilet on each floor. Quiet garden with dining area and barbecue. 2 secure parking spaces in the courtyard.
