Amazing stay! Exceeded expectations. The house is large, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom and the pool is wonderful! It was totally worth it, it was a really cool experience. The place is extremely quiet, and the beach that is very close is also very beautiful. Alberto's attention was a 10! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.

The stay was amazing. The house is wonderful and Luciana is always very helpful. Whoever goes won't regret it, because, in addition to tranquility, you'll have an incredible view! I will definitely be back more often :)

Excellent stay. It rained a lot during the period I was at the house, so having comfort, kitchen equipment, barbecue and everything working was great. The house is exactly as shown in the photos - maybe even a little better. All kitchen utensils were clean, as were the rooms. Very well equipped house. The host's service and the information provided were impeccable! I recommend it.

We loved the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (glasses, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken but there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well-frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos just like the residence. Great for spending a few days with the family, accommodating 5 people very well. Opportunities for improvement: Larger trash can in the kitchen, softer mattresses and without additional covers (my preference), cabinets a little worn by the sea air, but in good condition, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting and removing rented bed linens (detail) and a little more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Many thanks to Caroline and Dilson for providing us with this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Great stay, I'll definitely be back, great service from the hosts! We stayed in house 5, a large and comfortable house, it had all the basic and necessary supplies!

Very nice place, lots of nature around and very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The apartment is great, well equipped. And Ederson is very friendly and was helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend it!!

I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.

Excellent hosting!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

Check in super quiet The site is near entrance 1 to the juquehy beach (walking a few minutes - informed in the publication) and close to local commerce. Carla gave tips on restaurants, beaches and others Juquehy has a clean and very quiet beach (end of March/ early April) I recommend it!

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

Great accommodation, faithful to the listing and with privacy. I only have compliments. The only thing that could improve is having a stove or something like that, for food preparation. Anyway, I loved my stay.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recommended!

Fabiani's house is beautiful and very well decorated, there is no shortage of items in the kitchen. All in very good taste. The house does not smell musty, I always like to write this because we are VERY allergic and this is a very important point. New and good mattresses. We found the house clean, but it needed more care in cleaning the clothes cabinets and the refrigerator. We hired Cléo (recommended by Fabiani) and it was wonderful. He made our breakfast and left everything very clean. Another very good point is that you arrive from the beach and already in the outdoor area you wash all the things with sand, there is a clothesline, there is a tank, there is a washing machine. The house has screens on the windows so it's wonderful to prevent local mosquitoes. It also has a beach cart to take the chairs and umbrella and it was great! I suggest leaving more bath mats available, liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. I know the house doesn't offer it, but it makes a difference. It was wonderful, thank you
