An 18th century holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have an entire separate house in which there is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, along with a Finnish sauna made of linden wood and in the attic two bedrooms with a layout, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). Everything in Šumavský Podlesí. You can use the garden and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Guests have full privacy.

We would like to welcome you to the historic seat in the village of Smědeč, whose oldest preserved written mention dates back to 1445 and which stands just a few meters from the medieval Linecka trail. Today, we are grateful for the many beautiful monuments in this region of the Bohemian Mountains. Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.
