Hola, welcone! Great for long term rent arrangement with discounted rate. This cozy one- bedroom apartment is conveniently located to Cebu City’s top attractions and amenities. Only few mins walk to food stalls /local transport links. The place has been furnished beautifully and features an open-plan kitchen/living area and a lovely balcony. This is NOT in a gated subdivision, but in a open neighbourhood, where locals are friendly and welcoming… The real authentic local vibe culture.

Within the heart of Cebu City- 5 minutes drive to Ayala Mall. Has a small commercial establishment right across the bldg with restaurants, spa and 7/11 convenience store. Furniture & appliances are of good quality and are well taken cared of. Balcony has a beautiful view of the sea & pool. We have stayed here for more than a year so we have experienced how nice the unit is, ourselves. We take extra precaution too by cleaning our unit with the use of a hydrogen peroxide solution.

It is a resort-inspired community right at Cebu's most desidered address. (Electricity is not included in this price, because every tenant have own way of use it, for a normal use is very cheap).

A fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment, perfect space for family or friends who want to stay for shorter or longer periods. Within the area, enjoy the clubhouse with a big pool. It is a good location near everything you need in the south of Cebu City. It is about a 10-15 minute ride to Ocean Park, SM Seaside Mall, and the new Nu-Star Casino Hotel, and about 20 to 30 minutes away from Cebu City.
