Great cost/benefit relationship for the location. A little dated but it’s great for short stays.

I won't repeat what other guests have said but to summarize that it is a great apartment with great hosts. What I don't think has been mentioned before is that the hosts supply you with an instruction manual to the apartment which is very helpful, that the kitchen also has an under bench water filter, and the apartment has it's own water reserve. It is located on the main street & facing the street so with such a central & convenient location it is noisy (not 24/7 obviously) but the bedroom has glazed windows and glazed doors to close off the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. I found also using earplugs also reduced the noise level further.

Great value, perfectly secure accommodation, friendly and very responsive hostess. The situation on the 5th floor requires excellent cardio exercises.

Overall a decent place to stay I would say. It's all relatively new, there is a small kitchen with a Nespresso machine, and the location is decent (in terms of facilities, safety, access - the busses stop almost in front, even the K86 to/from the airport). And the security guards downstairs are very friendly and willing to help if there is anything. The main cons were that it is 24/7 very noisy inside with street noise - the windows don't seem to isolate at all - I always take earplugs so it wasn't a huge issue for me. Also because it seems to be a place just for renting out and no-one has actually lived there you miss obvious things, like no hooks on the walls, the clothes rack which is there is too short so you cannot actually hang your clothes there, the only cups that are there do not fit under the coffee machine, no water kettle, etc. Of course I found my way around these things, but it makes it all a bit less perfect. The bed was good, it was on the hard side, but I like that.

When you're inside the house, it feels like a cottage: cozy, quiet, and perfect for resting. The patio is delicious to hang out; some mornings we had breakfast there and it was great. The neighborhood is very quiet, but a few blocks away there are shops and restaurants if you need anything. Adriana is super friendly, responds quickly and makes sure to give you all the directions to make it easy to get there. He even greeted us with some details to snack and take, which was a very nice gesture. The house has everything we need, it's very well equipped and everything works well. We were four people and the space was perfect, even if it fits even more. We would definitely rent this place again.

Loved my stay here! The space is extremely beautiful and Wayra as well as Angie were the nicest people. I loved being picked up at the airport by Angie and her husband, they’re such a sweet couple. I felt right at home and loved that there were some nice people there as well. I would come again! The only thing is, that it’s quite a walk away from La Candelaria and walking the streets home at night didn’t feel fully comfortable for me.

Marcella runs a warm and inviting home. It is clean and cosy with a plesant visual esthetic. She is an excellent host. When the power and wifi were temporarily off for service during check out, and we were unable to go online to book an Uber, and needing to use the app to pay, Marcella made sure that we had a paid ride to the airport, that she covered the cost of in advance. Respectful. Responsible, Relaxed. Would return.

Blanca was a very graceful host, friendly and easy to communicate with. Bedrooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. Kitchen is a little small but enough space to all cook meals. if you want to stay close to the airport I recommend this apartment

A very peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle in a safe walking neighborhood. Quite restaurants, parks and amenities nearby. Doña María at the reception is very friendly and always willing to give recommendations :) Juan is always attentive. I would come back without hesitation at some point to return to Bogotá.

The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view. Julio's service was great! It is well located and in a safe area. With 24-hour doorman. There is a toilet, in addition to the bathroom, with liquid soap in both. Details that are not very good: there is no sofa in the living room, the shower has a curtain, all the plates, glasses, cups in the kitchen are plastic, there is no salt, there is no hair dryer, there is noise in the street and on weekends there is music all night. I would stay again on weekdays!

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, the balcony is really nice, and the view from the top of the building, where you can see everything around. Julian is also always attentive and responds quickly. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed... without a doubt, we felt very comfortable the days we were in Bogotá

We loved our experience at this place. Everything was very clean, organized, and well-equipped, with a cozy decor that made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and you could tell that great care was put into every detail. The location is ideal: close enough to everything, yet in a very quiet area perfect for resting. On top of that, the host was very attentive and always available to help us with any questions or recommendations. It was a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay.
