Excelente!! La casa está muy bien ubicada, en un sitio calmado para una estadía pero a la vuelta de la esquina tienes restaurantes, bares, farmacias, bancos y todo lo que necesitas cuando estás de vacaciones. Camilo y Cindy son encantadores, no podía conectar el internet cuando llegue (error mío) y ellos respondieron a mi llamada al segundo y Cindy fue a solucionar la situación. Esta casa es súper recomendada por todo! Locación, limpieza, trasporte y atención de los encargados.

Pasamos 4 noches muy agradables en la casa de Cristina. La zona es lo mejor en Bogotá, es limpio y seguro a todas horas. Tiene muchos comercios cerca. Hubo un problema que se solucionó rápidamente gracias a la comunicación que fue excelente a pesar de que la anfitriona vive del otro lado del mundo. Volvería sin duda en mi próxima visita a Bogotá.

Cuando estás dentro de la casa, se siente como una casita de campo: acogedora, tranquila y perfecta para descansar. El patio es delicioso para pasar el rato; algunas mañanas tomamos el desayuno ahí y fue genial. El barrio es muy tranquilo, pero a pocas cuadras hay comercios y restaurantes si necesitas algo. Adriana es súper amable, responde rápido y se asegura de darte todas las indicaciones para que llegar sea fácil. Incluso nos recibió con unos detalles para picar y tomar, lo cual fue un gesto muy bonito. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, está bien equipada y todo funciona bien. Éramos cuatro personas y el espacio fue perfecto, aunque incluso caben más. Sin duda, volveríamos a alquilar este lugar.

great accommodation! the check in went very smooth. my partner and I arrived much later than expected at night and Manuel was very quick to respond to our questions. the room is exactly as described.

Such a lovely shared space. My family of 7 absolutely loved it. Also it’s-near so many restaurants and a jumbo which was a life saver!!

Aunque el apartamento es un poco compacto, cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable, ya sea de unos días o incluso un par de semanas. Está ubicado en una zona muy animada, rodeada de restaurantes, bares y discotecas a los que se puede llegar caminando, lo que lo hace ideal para quienes visitan la ciudad con fines turísticos o para disfrutar de la vida nocturna. La anfitriona es excelente: muy atenta, responde con rapidez y siempre está pendiente de que todo esté bien.

Las fotos reflejan la condición y disposición del apartamento. 4 piso con buenas comodidades y amplio baño. muy moderno. El edificio cuenta con zona húmeda, coworking y restaurante de muy buena categoría. Lina siempre atenta, solicité un check in más temprano ya que me encontraba en la zona y accedieron de forma muy amable. Así mismo tuve una urgencia en la madrugada y respondió oportunamente con la información que requería. súper recomendado.

Excelente, la ubicación es un 10/10 Siempre hay personas al alrededor y siempre cosas que hacer cerca. Si llegas bien cansado y quieres conseguir cena rápida, solo caminas 2 minutos y encuentras muchísimos lugares de comida. Lugar súper seguro e impresionante

El lugar es tal como aparece en las imágenes, es cómodo, agradable, tiene dotaciones esenciales como plancha, secadora, internet y otras cosas. El lugar es demasiado limpio y para nada ruidoso. Lo recomiendo 100%. El anfitrión responde rápido y siempre está atento.

Andrea es muy amable y sus respuestas son casi inmediatas lo que se aprecia mucho. El departamento está en una excelente ubicación, se puede ir caminando a varios lugares. Limpieza muy buena, en el departamento tienes todo lo necesario. Espero volver.

Camilo's apartment in the heart of Zone T provided the perfect spot for my weeklong stay. The place could not be in a better location for being in the heart of everything, and yet it's quiet inside with the windows closed. The balcony is HUGE and you can watch lots of what's going on in the streets nearby just for fun. I also did yoga out there and had plenty of space inside the super sunlit apartment to relax and spread out. It's a cozy place. There's a 24 hour security guard at a desk downstairs in the lobby, and so the entire building is secured and you can easily access at any time, day or night. The hosts are welcoming and helpful and things like sponges for the kitchen are provided, as well as dish soap, shampoo, and plenty of towels. The bed is very comfortable and I would stay here again in a second, loved my stay--thanks so much!

Location was very convenient to local restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery store across street. Less than 10 min walk to parks. Safe neighborhood. Building was newer with 24 hrs security, working elevators, parking, gym, terrace, and work space in second floor. Apartment had nice views from every room, modern kitchen, table for 6, stackable washer and dryer in laundry room, comfortable seating in living room. 4 bedrooms ( master had bathtub and shower walk in closet, 3 secondary bedrooms), 4.5 bathrooms (one is each bedroom and a half bathroom near living room) there was additional seating in hallway just outside master bedroom, and a small table with 2 seats in the balcony. Host was very responsive and provided check in instructions ahead of time. With final instructions like lockbox code within 24hrs of arrival. I would definitely book again.

Santiago’s place was well located for exploring La Candelaria and surrounds. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable to rest in with black out blinds for sleeping and other handy facilities like a washing machine and kitchen. We occasionally heard some noise from neighbours but nothing that stopped us from getting a good nights sleep. Santiago was prompt in communicating and checked in with us regularly. The view over Bogotá was spectacular and we would gladly return if we were in the area again!

I stayed for about 12 days to visit family and friends while working remotely. The internet had a couple glitches during my stay but overall was very reliable. Going for walks in the morning and seeing all the dog walkers and runners training was so fun. The window made all the difference - even though the space is a small studio, it felt big enough for two of us bc of the sunlight and view of the park. It also felt big because everything was thoughtfully laid out, and we felt very comfortable spending a lot of time indoors, like when it rained (as it does regularly in Bogota). I particularly loved the reclining sofa bed to lounge and watch tv after a long day of work. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the memory foam pillows. Juan accommodated our request for cleaning service in the middle of our stay, which was so refreshing to have clean towels and bedding. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, too. Very satisfied with the space.
