On the ground floor, the house has a large kitchen, an adjacent dining room, a lounge, a laundry room and separate toilet all served by a large corridor through. The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a raclette machine and all necessary dishes. In the living room there is an audio system for listening to music, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Several card and society games such as Monopoly and Cluedo are available to visitors.
