We had another wonderful stay at Terry and Marie’s “The Shack” as returning guests — it was truly a pleasure. It was lovely to be welcomed back by such a friendly, kind, and helpful couple who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our family felt comfortable, especially by arranging everything we needed for our baby’s stay — such a thoughtful touch. Our kids had an unforgettable time. They loved spending time with the sheep, hens, and pet Lilly, and the hosts even took them along during feed times and to collect eggs, which was such a special experience. One of the sweetest touches was finding carrots and apples left outside our door so our child could feed the sheep — so thoughtful and heartwarming! The place itself is cosy, homely, and incredibly well-organised. We felt so close to nature and truly relaxed in the peaceful surroundings. We’re so grateful for their kindness and can’t wait to come back again!

Louise is a very friendly host. Great communication and lots of information. The location with a lake behind the garden and ocean seen from the huge terrace - fantastic! I had a great weather and the best time. This part of the South Coast is very picturesque , with many kilometres of beautiful walks and breath taking views. Thank you Louise!

We had a wonderful stay here. Such a beautiful house in a truly special part of the coast. The location is peaceful, private and close to great beaches and the Dalmeny to Narooma coastal path. The house is very well set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Loved sitting on the sunny outdoor terrace looking at the trees! Our hosts (Morgan and Belinda) were very approachable and gave great recommendations for local activities. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!!

This was a great location for our family and Kelpie pup. The fenced yard was great and allowed us to play fetch. The accommodation is an easy walk to the beach on a flat walkway and the accommodation itself had everything you need for a short or long stay. Gretta was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay again.
