The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. The 60 square meter old town apartment was only furnished in 09/2020. It is centrally located right in the old town of Landau, and close to the market square. A large parking space is available in front of the house. You will stay in a listed building from 1900. It offers you the ideal start to explore the Palatinate and the picturesque surroundings on foot, by bike, car or public transport. And at the same time, you live in the city with cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
