Please, read carefully the following desriptions that will be relevant for the check in and along your stay in the flat: 1) The home automation system: The house is technologically manageable through a display at the entrance . From there you can manage the temperature of the habitat (air condition), the lighting, the music. To listen to the music you can use airport or connect your smartphone/ipod to the relevant cable through the headphone output and turn on from the display (if you have any problem you can write me to have quick instructions and/or ask me to select options by remote access); 2 ) the kitchen rings: note that it is a little bit tricky sometimes to detect the pans whereas the burner is a very performing one. Please use a special care because it is delicate if you cook when the base is dirty. Francesca will show you the product to use in case it gets dirty. 4) You will be shown where to find kitchenware and accessories like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags 5 ) electric window system: the kitchen window is the only one that is not manual. You will find a bottom to open it electrically. 6) outside lights. Very charming in the evening. You can enjoy the view in the garden turning on the outside lights. Find in the display the 3 options (segnapasso, esterno facciata, piante). 7) you'll be delighted by the quality of the cuisine “Lago”. However it is required to pay attention to the risk of damage the surface of the furniture on the left side when you open the dishwasher. That door crashes into the furniture when the latter is slightly opened. 8) Parking facility (access from the garden by private gate) Finally I ask you to avoid using shoes inside the habitat. We try to promote a healthy and “sterile” environment.

Intero appartamento a pochi passi dal mare in uno dei più esclusivi angoli di Genova. L'appartamento si trova in Capo Santachiara a cavallo tra due antichi borghi di pescatori, Vernazzola e Boccadasse. La strada di accesso è solo pedonale. Circa 80 metri a piedi per raggiungere l'appartamento dalla strada carrabile. E' situato in una vecchia dimora marinara, ristrutturata con raffinatezza. Alberi di antichi velieri attraversano il soffitto e vecchie piastrelle decorano l'angolo cottura.

Alloggio piccolino ma dotato di quasi tutti i servizi (fornelli, forno, frigo, rilevatore monossido, ecc.). Posizione suggestiva, proprio sulla spiaggetta. Nei weekend e nei periodi turistici è però molto rumoroso perché ci sono diversi locali e moltissime persone in spiaggia. Si può godere del rumore del mare sono dalle 2 di notte alle 9 di mattina. Pulizia ok. Comunicazioni idem.

Very clean, peaceful and calm place. Loved that it’s blue very relaxing. It had air conditioning which is not easy to find especially in the old buildings in this area. It also had a balcony which was perfect because we’re smokers. Great experience would do it again for sure. The host was responsive all the time.

L'appartamento è bello, funzionale, moderno e al suo interno troverete tutto il necessario per sentirvi a casa. Il parcheggio nel cortile una vera comodità. La posizione è fantastica, in pochi minuti vi troverete in riva al mare Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni stupendi Marina è gentile e molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.

One of the best apartments I have ever been. Breathtaking sea view, close to restaurants, beach etc, good public transportation nearby. Extremely good noise isolation in bed rooms, you do not hear lively surroundings at all. Very responsive, flexible and helpful host.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La casa era pulita, accogliente e ben attrezzata, perfetta per un breve soggiorno in città. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Il check-in è stato semplice e Giulia è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili per godere al meglio del nostro soggiorno. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Il soggiorno da Maria Paola è stato davvero piacevole. La casa era pulita, accogliente e perfettamente in linea con la descrizione dell’annuncio. La posizione è comoda sia per chi vuole rilassarsi che per chi desidera esplorare i dintorni. Maria Paola si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta. Comunicazione chiara e rapida. Consigliato!
