Located on the 5th floor, the ocean view is beautiful, it has an elevator and stairs. On the balcony there are chairs to enjoy the view. It has three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The decor is modernist with relaxing colors, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. A sofa overlooking the ocean and its 43-inch TV with Netflix, the pool is shared, the parking is for 2 cars covered and with 24-hour surveillance. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, on the boulevard.
