Clean and calm beige interior, bright and sunny room, and a pleasant breeze blows when you open the windows and doors. There is a place to dry laundry, and the refrigerator is large enough for permanent residents. There is no supermarket in the neighborhood, so it is a good idea to buy bread, fresh vegetables, and light snacks on the way back from going out. There is a lovely terrace restaurant with a comfortable sound of water.It's a nice change of scenery. There is a train station called Cobletti nearby, but it feels like a distance when using a taxi. Tickets to Tbilisi may be sold out at Batumi, but they can be purchased at Kobuleti. The distance is also a little shorter, and I was taught by Elza about recommended places.It's a hidden gem. Hair dryer available for rent. I met a big cow while walking, but it was very gentle, so I didn't have to worry.It's cute, so I recommend it for animal lovers. There are two central heaters that automatically adjust the temperature.Comfortable even on a cold day. The water volume and temperature in the shower are good, the sofa is firm, and the bed is comfortable to sleep in. The night is quiet.You can hear dogs barking in the distance.The air is also clean. A room with a nice atmosphere that is hard to find.I stayed for two nights and it was a very good fit, so I'm considering staying longer. It's a separate building, but it conveys the harmonious atmosphere of a large family, and it's easy to ask questions. I was happy to receive warm hospitality, including handmade peach compote, bread, banana cake, etc. Of course, for long stays, I recommend buying tickets to Tbilisi at Koblreti, then going to a nearby restaurant and staying there. The restaurant is huge and amazing!!

Stayed for a month, of course the weather was very unlucky, there was a heavy snowfall. However, the house was warm and comfortable. Chic view from the balcony, kitchen with everything you need, quiet and lack of city hustle and bustle. Recommended

Sofo is a very kind and welcoming host. She generously treated us to tasty khachapuri and wine. The house was clean and cozy, and the sea is just a 3 min walk away. Thank you, Sofo! We had a great stay.

My stay in this beautiful house was outstanding. The property overlooks a perfect panorama, and every evening we enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.
