The place felt like home !

We had a wonderful time in JR's beautiful villa. The pool was lovely to cool off in after a beach day or in the evening. Nice bathroom, nice mattresses and enough hangers for your clothes. JR himself was very helpful and always responded to the many questions I had (sorry JR🌺). He also gave great tips for where we could spend the last hours before the flight back to Bangkok. Early and late check-in was no problem, he really thought along and where possible he accommodates you. That was very nice! The only downside I can think of is that the air conditioners are not entirely optimal for the space. The sun is on the villa all day, which is of course wonderful, but the air conditioners could not cool the room enough. But that didn't spoil the fun, we enjoyed every moment! First of all, I have to say, Daniel is an excellent host! Right when we landed, we had a driver waiting for us to take us to the residences. Daniel was there, even though it was early in the morning, waiting for us to greet us and show us everything. He tried to help with a scooter rental, and even got us tennis rackets to use the court. Very grateful for the hospitality. The flat itself is a small flat but adequate and with everything you'll need. Small nit-picking, the water pressure is low and the bathroom is a bit ... open space with a glass door. Other than that, it's all clean and good. Good washing machine / dryer, big fridge, big TV, all working great. Good internet as well. The gym in the complex was not that great, didn't end up using it. But the pool is big and the tennis court is a nice bonus ( easy to book anytime really ). Location is good, in 10-15 mins you are anywhere in the "busy" areas. But you can also have a bit of quiet walk at the beach if you want.

May and Jomar were incredible staff!! The Air Bnb was exactly as described. Electricity pricing is reasonable. The help from May and Jomar made the stay incredibly easy to navigate - super helpful and thorough check-in, arranged pickup and drop off, help with motor bike, super fast communication and response via msg app. (May is a gem!!) The coordination for cleaning services was helpful and we greatly appreciate the additional help with towel swap during our long stay. We used a motorbike to get around and though it was steep, our bike had no trouble making the drive to the villa. Highly recommend this Airbnb and if we’re lucky enough to return we’d love to stay again. Having a washer in the house was a lovely perk for long stay. Only 1 TV in the living room. Air conditioning was able to cool down the entire house. Amazing views and a wonderful villa stay. The pool and backyard were the best in our long stay in Koh Samui.
