Charming river view cottage. 1 bedroom and sizable loft perfect for kids! Sleeps 6 comfortably. The cottage is a park model and although small, has everything your family will need to enjoy the river. This cottage is also our vacation home so we do keep some supplies there throughout the year. The resort has wonderful amenities and is on a beautiful stretch of the Colorado River. There is even a 50 ft water slide and play structures for kids. ATV trails nearby and boat launch on site as well.

A spacious clubhouse features high ceilings supported by wooden beams. Comfortable seating arrangements include leather chairs and a sectional sofa on a patterned rug. Natural light fills the space through large glass doors, creating an inviting area for relaxation and socializing. A chessboard is placed on a wooden table.

Slumber in a cozy Covered Wagon - (2 ppl)

Great stay and wonderful venue. We really enjoyed staying in the wagon and it is well appointed. Bathroom features all the items you need and there are plenty of comfort items to help you with your stay including a mini fridge and a coffee pot. There’s a TV inside and the host was very responsive to one minor issue that surfaced during our stay. My only suggestion is that it is a canvas covered wagon and so with the proximity of the wagon next to it, you can easily hear the TV or people in the other wagon talking. They could be spaced a bit farther apart and maybe that would mitigate the issue, but it wasn’t a huge factor since we knew what we were staying in. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
