Soseo Won - Seochon Spacious yard Hanok single-family home

This is a space where you can use the entire house privately. The space where I lived with my family for 40 years was repaired and operated in 2012. There is a large yard and a carefully cultivated garden, so if you sit on the roof, you can enjoy a quiet and slow time with the square sky. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms connected to the living room have two queen size beds and are spacious. The third room is a small room (love room) with a separate entrance. Additional bedding is provided at a separate fee, and it is a thick cotton mattress and blanket made in the workshop, so please contact us for a comfortable rest. (Up to 6 people) We have prepared welcome tea and simple refreshments. It is prepared with decaffeinated tea (jakdukong tea), so please enjoy the tea ceremony regardless of time. It is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Gyeongbokgung Station and is the second house in the alley of <Hyundai Car Center>. The main road and bus stop are close, so you can easily access Tongin Market, Seochon, Blue House, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Samcheong-dong.

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, close to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeongbokgung Palace, the center of Seoul. Built about 100 years ago, Dongchonjae is a traditional Hanok officially certified by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Tourism Organization. Dongchonjae has been operated since October 2020 by a retired couple who opened their home. Dongchonjae is on a 380.17m² plot of land It consists of one building, and the space is divided into the main building (Anche/Main House), Sarangchae/Detached House, and Annex. Guests have exclusive use of the main house and the annex. The host lives in the detached house, and will personally assist you with necessary services such as providing breakfast.
