Beachfront vacation rentals in Blue Bay

I had a truly serene and refreshing stay at this beautiful beachfront haven. The garden is perfectly maintained with tropical charm, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and the sound of the ocean just steps away. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed for relaxation. A perfect place to unwind and reconnect — Isabelle has been of great help and assistance throughout my stay, she details clearly and is very patient to explain all you need to know:). A heartfelt thank you to the most gracious and attentive host, whose kindness made my stay truly unforgettable. From ensuring my comfort and security, to checking in regularly, and even helping me search for my missing cat — your warmth, humility, and presence went far beyond expectations. This place is a peaceful sanctuary, but it’s your spirit that made it feel like home. I’m deeply grateful.

Wir waren 14 Tage zu zweit im Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus selber, der riesige tolle Garten, der grosse Pool, die Lage mit jeden Abend Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, besonders auch der herzliche Kontakt mit Andy und seiner Familie haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Immer wurde sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten und alles zeitnah beantwortet und Lösungen gefunden. Zu erwähnen ist noch, das das Haus mit Moskitonetz versehen ist und es kann jederzeit gelüftet werden. Der Mietwagen findet vor dem Haus direkt einen Parkplatz. Es sind sowohl teils Eurostecker vorhanden ausser den üblichen UK Steckdosen, so dass Adapter nicht unbedingt benötigt werden, aber auch die hätte Andy für uns gehabt. Ebenso war Besley, der sich um das Haus Pool und Garten kümmert, und nebenan lebt, jederzeit hilfreich zur Stelle. Also für uns war alles bestens und wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und allen Beteiligten für die schöne Zeit auf Mauritius danken.Andrea und Rudolf

Ein schönes und großes Studio mit einer tollen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, wenn man zu anderen Stränden fahren möchte empfielt sich ein Motorroller oder Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend heißes Wasser, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind mit Vorhängen zu verdunkeln. Das Bett ist bequem, die AC kühlt gt ab, wenngleich sie auch etwas lauter ist. Hier können Ohrstöpsel Abhilfe schaffen. Aufgeteilt ist alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich: Ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch.

Wir haben auf unserer langen Mauritius Reise, diese Unterkunft extra noch mal gebucht. Für uns war es wie zu Hause ankommen. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich bemerkenswert schön, sauber und die Umgebung hatt uns sehr gut gefallen. Ganz besonders haben wir die große, überdachte Terrasse genossen. Wie gesagt, auch jetzt war der Aufenthalt einfach nur fantastisch. Wenn wir es könnten würden wir dort einziehen. Einfach nur Erholung pur.

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans l’appartement de Quentin, tout s’est très bien passé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la famille de Quentin qui vit juste à côté, merci beaucoup à eux. Notamment Christine et sa maman qui nous ont cuisiné un excellent repas pour une soirée, et puis l’excursion en bateau autour de l’île aux Cerfs avec Julio qui était supère ! Trou d’eau douce est un joli village, et c’est très agréable de se promener sur le petit port, à quelques pas de l’appartement. L’appartement est spacieux, joliment décoré et agréable. Bref, nous y retournerions avec plaisir !

L'hébergement était impeccable, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous sommes enchantés du séjour passé dans la magnifique maison de Pascale. Tout a été fait pour que nous passions un excellent séjour. L'équipement est au top, la literie impeccable. Piscine, Kiosque sur la lagune ainsi que méga BBQ sont là et nous ont fait passer un séjour inoubliable. Aucun problème n'est à noter. Notre hôte est aux petits soins, ainsi que le personnel qui passe régulièrement. Pascale est de bons conseils pour les visites et la communication avec elle est très facile et fiable. Franchement un magnifique endroit paisible qui saura satisfaire les plus exigeants. Bravo Pascale et Merci

Top Unterkunft, Maria war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartement liegt direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Restaurants, Einkaufen, Streetfood... Wir würden immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la maison d’Isabelle, tout s’est bien passé. La maison est grande et confortable, située dans une résidence très calme, et avec la piscine littérallement à quelques pas de la terrasse, nos filles ont adoré ! Il est possible d’accéder à pied à la plage en passant par le fond de la résidence. Il y a eu un petit problème électrique sur la terrasse et Isabelle a été très réactive et soucieuse de notre bien être, et le problème a été réglé très rapidement, merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !

We spent a great holiday in the ground floor Black reef apartment. The apartment is huge & well equipped. Kitchen includes all stuff you need to cook, from pots & pans to microwave & cooking machine. There is a huge fridge, coffee device and all tableware you need. The bedroom is nice and big, as well as bathroom that includes shower & bath tube. Everything is clean and very well preserved, exactly like in the photos. The terrace is opening to the sea and beach, that is very clean, too. There is a heated pool in the garden that is shared with tenants of the other two floors. The beach is nice but rocky, you can go into the water in front of the villa, but is better to use one of the very nice public beaches that are in walking distance. There is a supermarket where you can find almost everything & a very nice beach club (Le Plage) in 10 minutes walking distance and few restaurants closer. Communication was easy with both owner and local responsible person. Everything was perfect & top!

The Villa is amazing. Very peaceful, safe and has a beautiful beach front view. Its extremely spacious with a huge living room and dining. Kitchen has all the amenities required. The best part is the outside sitting area where they also have an 8 seater dining table, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the calm beach. The view of the sunset is breathtaking from here. Swimming pool is very clean and regularly maintained. Master bedroom is quite big. The host of the villa Asvin, is extremely helpful and friendly. Him and the manager Sudesh made sure that we checked in properly and made sure that we were comfortable during our entire stay. Some good restaurants to try, nearby, are Village Cafe (Bf) Chessy Latte (Pizzas), Happy Rajah (Indian) and Chamarel Panoramic Viewpoint Restaurant (Amazing view). Grocery store, London bay, is also very nearby. Overall we loved the place and had an amazing time at the Villa !!

We had a wonderful time at Roshni's place. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy. we loved the location right on the beachfront and the nice pool to cool off when it's too hot! Everything went smoothly from booking, check-in and check-out.

L’emplacement de la maison est bien situé à 5 min en voiture de la plage Trou aux biches et du supermarché. La maison est très agréable et conviviale! Le jardin donne sur une plage (pas pour la baignade) et vue sur la mer c’est magnifique L’accueil est top 👍🏼 efficacité flexibilité et bons plans on a suivi toutes les recommandations et on a juste passé des vacances inoubliables! Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war fantastisch. Auch wenn wir verspätet ankamen, waren die Gastgeber sehr flexibel. Der Check-In war schnell und einfach, was nach der langen Reise sehr angenehm war. Zusätzlich erhielten wir von J.C. direkt nach Check-In eine Liste mit allem was man für seine Zeit in Mauritius benötigt (Restaurantempfehlungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Vorschläge für Unternehmungen). J.C. und Vero waren dauerhaft erreichbar und man konnte Ihnen jederzeit Fragen und Anliegen mitteilen. Egal was man brauchte, sie waren immer sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war genau wie sie beschrieben und abgebildet war. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft wundervoll und wir werden wieder bei J.C. und Vero bleiben, wenn wir erneut nach Mauritius reisen.

Die Unterkunft von Anne und Jean Pierre ist ruhig auf der kleinen Insel gelegen. Wir wurden von den Geräuschen der Natur empfangen und fühlten uns gleich wie Zuhause. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und enthält alles was man benötigt. Die Aussicht am Tag und in der Nacht ist unglaublich, der Sternenhimmel, die Bucht, die Vögel. Wir haben eines Abends sogar leuchtende Organismen im Wasser sehen dürfen. Wir können die Unterkunft Naturliebhabern wärmstens empfehlen.

Séjour parfait avec un logement impeccable tres bien pensé d'une propreté irréprochable. Christophe est un excellent hote tres sympathique qui fait son maximum pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable. Je recommande cette personne

The villa exceeded our expectations. The pool with its stunning sea view was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire stay was perfect from start to finish. The villa was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning provided by a kind and helpful lady who took great care of us. The beach was quite coral, so I recommend bringing water shoes. Overall, we were absolutely delighted and I would definitely love to come back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wir haben die Zeit bei Mylene sehr genossen. Das gemütliche Haus ist paradisisch gelegen - direkter Blick aufs Meer und wunderschöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Die freie Benutzung der Kajaks war super. Einkausmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Strãnde sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Check-in und -out waren sehr unkompliziert, auch was die Zeiten anging (sehr grosszügig). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder gehen. Danke.

the place is ideally located a few steps away from the beach . The house is modern and clean and very functional, nicely decorated and spacious. The outside area is enjoyable at any time of the day thanks to the protected veranda. Nice to have a shower and a water point to be able to rinse and hand stuff from the beach . Airconditioning in each room makes even the hottest nights cool - even though it was not always necessary. Good supplier of kitchenware. The beach is good for kids and water sports, always very quiet even on the busiest days. no noise from neighbors or road as the location is secluded enough. If back to Mauritius, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely house. The location is superb, so is the garden.

We were informed by Pothano that the room was available from 9;am instead of the normal check in time. Though we didn’t use it as we were sightseeing etc on the way in. Ms Sheela explained the keys etc nicely. We had only booked for 2 days but wished we had stayed longer, the views were amazing from the balcony and I even saw a whale with his binoculars. Suddenly there were droves of boats looking for the whale. I didn’t see it again. There’s a fully functional kitchen etc. with Netflix TV. we ate up some of the house snacks and drinks so I left a generous tip with Mrs Sheela. We really enjoyed. Thanks Pothano! Hope to stay with you again!

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft des Hosts: super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great place to stay, 100% Recommendation. Everything is as described and in good condition. We stayed with Infants and they also liked it and had fun with the toys, sandbox and pool. Perfect spot to explore the West and Southwest. Sophie and Valérie are very helpful and friendly in Communication. You ll not regret to stay here. Best wishes.
