Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room divided into two sections.

Cottage located in the Burgundian countryside, 2 hours from Paris, 20 minutes from the Briare Canal, 20 minutes from the medieval castle of Guedelon, 15 minutes from the St Fargeau show, for a moment of rest and pleasure as a couple or with family, with gourmet restaurants, local products, the Collette Museum 30 minutes away, 5 minutes from Rogny-les-7-Écluses... with peaceful and safe walking tours. The accommodation is equipped with a heat pump which also renews and purifies the air.

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.
