The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room divided into two sections.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, separate toilet.

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

Ideally located, you can quickly go and taste the wines of the Loire, visit the castles of St Fargeau & Guédelon, the vineyards of Sancerre, the Briare canal...
