Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Vallée des Singes, botanical maze, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m. (clean the house).

La Maison du Petit Lac is a charming stone villa retreat in Messé, Deux-Sèvres. Experience authentic French countryside living with a heated private pool, an enchanting lake featuring a little island, and lush, mature surroundings. In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.

The Country House

87-square-meter single-story house between Angoulême and Poitiers. In a rural setting, the house welcomes you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The living room, bright, consists of a living-dining room and kitchen of about 40 square meters. It's connected to the fiber. A large bioclimatic pergola, an enclosed garden and a garage available. Everything to enjoy and safety.

The cottage of the If near the Valley of the Monkeys
