The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Located in Blankenrath, a village of approx. 1800 inhabitants village in the Hunsrück. Parking spaces, lockable storage facilities for bicycles/motorcycles are provided. Ideally located for hiking and cycling. Geierlay suspension rope bridge is only 7 km away. Moselle is about 15 km away. In the village, there is a restaurant, a kebab snack bar and shopping. A gas station, banks, doctors, as well as a pharmacy are also on site.
