Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

The bike path network is right next to our house. You can rent bikes from us for a small fee. An 18-hole golf course is 3 km away. For swimming, there are: Freilinger & Kronenburger See, Freibad Gerolstein or the Maare.

You can expect 72m² of pure vacation with 1 bedroom (1st floor via spiral staircase), 1 living/bedroom , dining room and 1 bathroom(ground floor) The garden is completely fenced at 1.80 m and offers a nice free run for your four-legged friend. Dogs allowed upon previous notice. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate cats.

We (family of 4, 2 children aged 8-11) felt very comfortable with Ulla. Purposefully furnished apartment with everything you need for a few days. Directly opposite is a small village shop with delicious pastries. Great connection to Phantasialand. Were also in the Rhineland Open Air Museum and the Butterfly Garden. Both worth seeing. 5 great days with a very nice hostess. We will be happy to come back. We felt very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay in Thorsten’s Little Stonehouse. In the beautiful surroundings, we could enjoy the first sunny days of the year. The house was super cozy, great facilities and a welcome gift. Thorsten was also very flexible in the check-in and check-out times. The kitchen and living room were one room altogether, which made our experience extra cozy. And when the dark set in, there were little fairy lights and candles everywhere outside, which was a very warm welcome when returning home. We hope to be back one day!

Absolutely lovely and peaceful place to stay! Eva & Pascal’s home in Gerolstein had plenty of space for us to relax, and the kitchen was so well equipped that we were even able to save the day by baking cookies for our entire family reunion group camping nearby. A warm, comfortable stay in a beautiful setting—highly recommended!

We came here to relax and so we did in this lovely forest house. The house is clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed the beautiful hikes in the area. It is also a perfect base to explore other villages and hiking areas. Jonas is a good host. Communication was smooth and he responds quickly and effectively to questions.

A bright hallway connects various areas of the home, featuring light wood flooring and white walls. Doorways lead into different rooms, with a glimpse of a seated area visible in the distance. Soft lighting enhances the inviting, open feel of the space.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay! Silvia gathered age appropriate games and toys that the girls loved. We appreciated the chocolate and drinks! Silvia and Hartag were incredible hosts and even lent us duct tape for a car repair. Lovely Place!
